Really need to perk up my blog some day.
Initially i did up a super long post about my Japan trip, but unfortunately blogger went bonkers.
Decided to delete the whole chunk. Anyway, its irritating to have such a long post holding you up.
Past few weeks of the holidays were like kinda wasted.
Totally had no mood to do homework. But kept wanting to do math exercises and science notes.
Just... anti homework. Thats all. Its kinda bothering to keep wasting days away just thinking about homework. Homework is like priority, like duh. But its blocking me from doing other stuff regarding studies. Like sec3 notes and math. Yup, but i've gotta finish up the homework anyway.
Recently i went to Suntec's book fair.
Im very fond of bookfairs anyway. Its so big, and you get discounts!:D
Bought like damn lot of stuff. Mom gave us each $30 to spend. My first thought was pens. So grabbed some 0.38 uniball signo pens and wanted to also get the COLORS pen. The colour of the COLORS pen is flouruoscent. Nice. But it came in a big cylinder box. 18 bucks i tell you, not gonna waste more than half of my budget. Got a super gorgeous orange sleek pencil which i kept gazing at in popular bookstores last time. Now im gonna get it. :D Mom told me to get some assessments. Got a biology and Amath. Then there was this offer on PC-CD ROMS. 3 for $20.90. Bro, me and sis each chose one. I got the CSI one:D Just tried it out. Rocks hot. Bro got some teenage mutant ninja turtles thing. Sister got sonic=.= Lol, for ages 3+ ahah. LOL.
I also got a America's next top model novel written by Taryn Bell. She wrote 4 books. Its pretty good, but the font sucks, its like some 7 year old novel's large fonts. But the english is for my age lah:D Haha. Spotted Zettai Kareshi's manga. SO BADLY WANTED TO GET IT. But too bad, mom didn't allow comics-.- Sian. Anyway, good thing i watched the drama. Got correction tape and other stationery stuff. Mom spammed assessments for the duo. Lol. Totally spamming. Mom spammed other stuff. But useful stuff. Very practical. Lol. Files, scotch tape, highlighters, schbook wrapper, blahblah. Lol.
In the end, the bill came. $350+
Zomg. Crazy. Mom kinda chided us a little bit for our big splurge.
But at least i kept to my budget. Everyone did.
Lol. I did the mathematics. $300-$90(me and sibs)= $210
Mom spent $210 herself. But all for our sake. Those assessment books. Whatcha expect. Lol.
And plus, assessments for me and sibs were not counted in the $30 dollars we had.
Went down to food republic and settled dinner. After that, crossed over to Marina square. Its quite a cool place:D
Went to esprit, fox... blah. Didn't get anything.
Tired, so went back home:D

Then today, went to Takashimaya for dinner with family and aunt.
Mostly for christmas shopping.
Ate sushi tei. So went to the toys dept for sibs toys. Totally bored me out, except for the PSP part. HAHA? Lol.
Wanted to get the Stella McCartney Adidas bag but the design i wanted previously was gone alrdy. Sad. Anyway. Requested for a PSP from dad. But he didn't agree. Like straight in my face):
Lol, but i agree. Its expensive, Seriously. And i can get addicted. Lol.
So finally got a pictionary man game lol and went home:D ahahhaha.
Pictionary man is so cute!:D

My previous post was about mom and brother being sick.
Now, im sick.
Went doctor yesterday and he said i must rest at home.
So bye to harp.
Called mrs tan and told her.
She's so nice please;DDD ahha.
So in the end they had trying out for recording only, so i don't have to go.
Thanks chiyien and jazlyn!:D
Plus, im like going overseas LATER.
Can't wait. Feels like a gazillion hours away.
Im with my brother and sister at home now, parents gone out to settle stuff.
And i swept the floor, and tidied the rooms.
The best thing was, my siblings were slacking and they totally rock ttm. They hogged the goggle box for idk how many hours.
Okay nvm, i'll just take it that they are young.
Yesterday, i sort of did alot of packing.
Especially when mom suddenly asks me to pack my own luggage.
So i have a small luggage to myself.
That's quite coola actually.
And i guess im almost done.
Dad's like overly-positive, he thinks that its totally a piece of cake to pack his stuff.
Lol, so he's like kinda happy that his clothes are minimal =.=
And mom told me to do some ironing yesterday.
And it definitely includes Dad's long long long long pants.
Its like so tedious to iron it. And so, super duper me attempted, and it came out real nice.
This is what Dad said (when he finally found out i ironed that beige pants):
"Ehhh, who ironed this pants? (in a very what-the-heck-but-nvm-im-just-joking-but-this pants-is-seriously-disgusting-voice)" while he held up that pair of quite crumpled pants, evidence of failed ironing.
Me: "ohhlahlah, me lor!:D (laughs like mad)
Dad:" -Laughed-
Mom: "-Laughs in distress-
And boy oh boy, he decided to not wear that pair of pants i so painstakingly ironed.
Excellent.
Btw, i really have to mention this.
Just last week, i was alone at home with my sis (7 years old).
So we actually had alot of fun watching japanese cartoons and okto-.-
And we packed the house and all.
Played piano and everything.
Good thing was, we never quarelled:D
Lol, then while folding my quilt, i suddenly told her,
"Hey, im actually a robot."
She was like still laughing, and she totally disregarded my joke.
Then i went on, im so bent on making her believe me.
"Really, actually, im really a robot, i don't think i can tell you this, but i really must, i have to tell you now because your parents are not at home. Mr and Mrs Tay bought me cuz your real sister is at camp." I really sounded super innocent and all.
Now, i smirked a little as i see slight panic on her face.
She started smacking me, okay, that got me a little laughing, so i quickly lied on the bed and pretended like i was dead._.
What i did was: "laugh, dead, laugh, dead."
So she was scared.
Then i told her:" Im seriously a robot, everytime i go to the toilet, im actually charging my batteries, and everytime i go for "Cca", i go for regular repairs!"
Ah hah, now she's scared.
And attempted to call my parents.
Really saw fear in her, and so i got scared too.
Being worrysome, i imagined her having a veryvery deprived childhood because of my silly story.
So i called my mom and told her.
Mom totally felt we were damn lame and told me to stop. Lol.
So yeah.
The whole of lastweek she got a little freaked out because of me.
Haha, and i had difficulty trying to convince her that im really really a real person.
And to make it even more convincing, i told her both of us would try on my brother.
So i guess she finally thinks im a real person, after one day of persuasion.
I suppose? Haha.
And i think i was laughing too much, that's why i thought of such a silly story:D
I got inspirations from Zettai Kareshi. Haha, NIGHT TENJO!

Try it on anyone aged 4 to 8. And if your sister is as gullible as mine, it will certainly work:D Lol.
Okay, she's laughing with me again:D haha, i love my siblings;D

I wonder why i even started it.
It was stupid. Cuz when there's no response, i just feel so dejected. Thanks alot.
Flying off to Japan on monday:D Yay!

To me, i thought you were almost the nicest friend.
But because change made the world turn upside down,
Probably, we aren't friends anymore.
I sometimes ask myself why everything turned out like that.
So i tell myself, its your fault and not mine.
Anything. I won't wait anymore just because of 4 words, -You're Not Worth It.

"When you know nothing is going to happen, but you're still trying."

Even in sight,
Couldn't go with any might.
From afar, i can tell.
That everything is very much unwell.
Haven't been talking.
Much less laughing.
Why has it turned out like this.
I thought there was a promise.
One with so much vigor and determination.
But it seems like nothing happens now.
When will the frozen melt and when will the burnt freeze.
I really do not know. Because it seems almost impossible to me.
Im afraid. Very much.

I suddenly thought of this. Probably cuz of SOT homework. Ha.

Cinderella's step-sister feeling resentful.

"As i stood on the cold concrete of the sheltered cellar, rain was pattering gently on the already damp grass. Clad in the Louis Vuitton apparell given by that stupid fairy whatever, she skipped to the limousine parked just outside my house. I swear my insides were boiling like there's no tomorrow. When the previously-so-dashing Prince walked over to send his last well wishes to my bimbotic step-mother, I was certain i was ignoring him as i stared at the blue-black sky with straight and unfeeling eyes. Then, i shot a glance at Cinderella, and i found her meddling with the mechanics of the limousine, messing up the velvet curtains, and juggling in a sort of failed way; her glass slippers. I totally gave her the meanest look i've ever shown in my lifetime. I thought i heard the Prince curse and then i went back to my house, shut all the windows because of the rain, and started eating breakfast."

I really enjoyed the council camp.
It totally rocked.
But definitely, its common knowledge to know that there will be parts you dislike and like alot in the camp.
Surprisingly, i loved the hike to the max. It was totally fun and really bonded council because we all managed to get on one bus with girl guides and plus, it was raining like theres no tomorrow.
Team bonding games were super good:D
And not to forget my group GAMMA.<3 Most resillient ehhh. :B
How gamma started out really awkward because we had so little people lol.
Talentime was funn:D Rehearsing and listening to podcast. Lol, and with haowei and longshihan helping us :D
Bunk chats were cool. Potato fan club and with Shuning and Eisabess coming to play truth or dare with us.
All the games were very fun. Loved hide and seek with lydia and shermine.
Probably the best camp ever, together with 2009's OC (:

taymints@live.com.sg / musicality95@gmail.com

In short, I love Classical Music by Chopin or Mozart, piano pieces by Maksim Mrvica, Yiruma, celebs like Lee Min Ho, Hayami Mokomichi, Robert Pattinson, Jason Mraz, Jay Chow and a band like SS501 Korean food is the bomb and korean dramas are just better. I hope I can go to Paris one day or maybe Austria. I like photography, lomography and colour splash pictures. Polariods are good too because i can doodle captions. Books are a fantastic companion, especially by Stephenie Meyer(Twilight Saga), J.K. Rowling, Jodi Picoult and Audrey Niffenegger(The Time Traveler's Wife). Last and definitely not the least, i love my family and friends. (such an old, but good line)
